Stop with the country crap, this is a Rock N Roll forum, not a Country forum. Besides country is all the same anyways. Besides I think your the only one who likes country.

I hope that last line was directed toward the people in this forum and not in general...
PS. I did say these were "rock/pop demos" from 1989-1990, 3 years before she decided to try the "country route".
These are not country songs, hell, she does a cover of a Cher song, do you know any "country" singer who'd even touch a song like "Half Breed"?
These are also pre-Mutt Lange for her, so she doesn't have any of the same sound she does on her other records, and also, these songs do have a bit of a driving feel to them, think of them kind of like a Joan Jett-ish type sound, hard rock with a pop feel.
PS.PS. I'm wondering if these, since they aren't "official" would be allowed on DIME? Email to the DIME staff will answer that I guess.

Well, she did an AC/DC song, so anything is possible.
If you wanna put it on Dime, go ahead, but you better make sure they're lossless. But don't post them here, cause no one will download them.
I hate country. I can't believe how people like them. "I lost my girlfriend so now I gotta go drink beer and go mudding." Stupid, stupid, stupid.
This is not a democracy. This is a cooperate dictatorship run by myself and Kyle. We will silence any opposition to rock and we will also silence any pro-country support. That said, go fuck yourself.

Hey, Hayseed Dixie says there are four key elements to any song worth singing that ain't a "girly man" song: drinking, cheating, killing, and hell. And let me see, I can think of a few country songs that rank up with AC/DC and Aerosmith, hell, Hank Williams Jr. said in a live show during the lyrics to one of his songs, "If you don't like Joe Perry and Aerosmith..." and personally, Aerosmith and AC/DC are kinda on the same page, since they did tour together.

Hey, Hayseed Dixie says there are four key elements to any song worth singing that ain't a "girly man" song: drinking, cheating, killing, and hell. . 1. Hayseed Dixie is a country band, making this point invalid 2. Girlie songs? no those make simple songs. Pink Floyd doesnt sing about any of those things...but i dont consider them girlie do you? no no.... a song doesnt have to unintelligent to be manly

Exactly. Travis thats stupid to even say that. What Kyle said is perfectly true. There are plenty of goods bands out there that don't sing about your "4 Key Elements" and people don't call them girly. You clearly don't think things through before you type them.
All Hail, Drew and Kyle! Hail! Hail! lol

By girlie he means the drink yourself silly cause she left type songs, instead of going out and killing her, getting back at her, or just telling her to go to hell.

It doesn't matter. Songs don't have to be about your so-called "Four Elements" to be good.
