I decided to try my hand at emulating the whole "Photobooth craze" that goes on with Mac users, but with a picture that everyone knows couldn't have been taken on a Mac, or even digitally.
Seeing as I happened to have this pic lying around, it came in handy, mainly because it was the first really old pic I came up with.
Filters applied in Photoshop CS2:
-Gaussian Blur (remove magazine scan artifacts)
-Copy and Paste (to quadruple it)
-Fill (Overlay at 75%, Red, Green, Black, and Blue)
-Poster Edges
-Diffuse Glow
The steps:
-Open any image (preferrably a rectangular image)
(If needed, Gaussian blur)
-Increase canvas 200% both ways
-Move image to upper left
-Select the image
-Layer via copy three times
-Move around so that there are four of the same
-Select image 1 (upper left) and set the foreground to red
-Fill (Overlay-75%)
-Repeat on image two except make fill green
-Repeat on image three, fill black
-Repeat on image four, fill blue
-Go into the filter gallery
-Poster edges, move sliders all the way to the right
-Diffuse glow, default settings
I would've done it with a picture of myself, but A) I don't really like pictures of myself, B) I thought it'd be more fun to do it with an old picture to show how it could turn out.
Tell me what you think, and if I should do this with the other configurations of AC/DC as well (Bon with Mark, Bon with Cliff, Brian with Phil, Brian with Slade).
