Odd thing about my amp is that same type of thing happened to it, I was just sitting around, going crazy, playing some jam thing, then, all of sudden, a noise, then it doesn't work, luckily I still have another amp to fall back on.

Slash learned to play guitar on a one string acoustic guitar, do you think he got bored?

yeah, true Slash is a great guitar player, He hasn't quite reached the top yet, Sure Guns N Roses were big, but not huge like AC/DC. They were huge in there Prime, which I think they can become huge once this new album is out, I can't wait for it.

Yeah, notice something though, Back In Black sold 21 million copies, and Shania Twain's Come On Over sold 20 million, and I have CD's by both AC/DC and Shania Twain, and those are their strongest outings, the common tie, Mutt Lange, when Mutt is red-hot, he's unstoppable.
6 CDs that I know of that Mutt produced are on their, AC/DC: Highway To Hell, Back In Black; Foreigner 4; Shania Twain, The Woman In Me, Come On Over, Up!.
IF that shows something about the decline in music, it's that only one of those CD's is from this decade, and that one was released in '02.
What I think needs to happen, is that somebody somewhere needs to come out with a kickass record like none other that is out right now and set the music industry straight again, cause when Elvis Presley was making records, songwriters probably were asking, "Would Elvis sing this?" or when metal was huge in the 80s and MTV was actually MUSIC, that's when things were good. Now music has become too standardized.
And you know why? Let me count the reasons:
1) Kickass artists of yesterday are either dead or old, like Johnny Cash.
2) Suckyass artists of tomorrow are a bit ahead of their time....no need to push suckiness on us
3) Songwriters who sit in offices on Music Row just waiting for when the recording of an album is rumored to be "in the works" waiting to right songs about how much someone can't live without someone else....

Oh yeah, about the part of your guitar rocking because it has a chip out of it, my electric has a little chip of wood out of it too.
And if I do it right, I can almost sound like the studio version of Chuck Berry's Johnny B. Goode. Complete with 1950s resonance.

lol. It's not so much a chip more of a deep scratch lol! I'm thinking of stripping the paint of it to just show the wood colour. The red is getting brighter I think lol
