Eddie is defiantly back! The "new" are so old school I can't wait to see them, Their solo's are awesome, Dave is actually SINGING and if you get the chance to see them or at least hear... Kyle *Cough* Then I suggest you do because there are so far no bad reports unlike the last tour. But we are here for the day!

I've heard a lot of bad reports man lol. A lot of people aren't happy with the sound, I just searched up on Google Van Halen reviews, and some people are very dissapointed. I hope it ain't true, supposably the band sounds really muffled, which really sucks.
P.S. How long you think this tour will last?

I think they will go the world for sure, Australasia in the next leg of the tour I believe after the sates, then probably South America and Europe I guess. The bootlegs I have of the new tour sound good considering. I guess it's people's opinion. Obviously they aren't going to be as energetic as the 70/80's but I think they will still put on a killer show!

Of course they'll tour the rest of the world.
Van Halen reunion tour not going international is worse than a Van Halen reunion tour that breaks up in the middle of the tour.

Yeah I know. Hopefully they tour Australia some time maybe late next year early '09 possibly? Even mid next year would be good. They have only come here once on their 1998 tour with their worst singer.

Didn't even know they had another singer after Hagar.
He does sound like a bad version of DLRoth though.
Hagar wasn't that bad though, from what I can tell. About the only thing I can see is that Hagar wrote more love songs.

Well all 3 singers they had weren't bad singers. Cherone just sucked though, he didn't fit in the bad at all. I can listen to Hagar stuff just as easy as DLR era stuff so I kinda put them together in my books but listening to them live, DLR wins by a mile. He had the best energy on stage ever!

Small update with the Van Halen US tour:
2.06.08 Des Moines, IA Wells Fargo Arena
2.25.08 Duluth, GA Gwinnett Arena
I don't know how far your town is from Duluth Hayes but could you make this show? Would be cool to see.

Well, it would be nice if I could make it to the (I have to correct the name) Arena at Gwinnett Center show, but unfortunately I don't think my mom would be so hot about it.
It ain't that she wouldn't like it, its my grandma, she doesn't like anyone in the house staying out after dark. Is the February 10th show still on though?
Two Van Halen shows here in the Atlanta area during the same three week span = a lot of people in Atlanta drooling.
